Hello and welcome to Circle of Ash! If you're returning, welcome back, Ashhole! 2025 promises to be another year of shrieks, screams, and wet pants. I can't wait to have you along for the fun!

Once again (I'm sorry I really am) we are shifting gears with our cast manager and using Sithon (pronounced "Sy-Thon" for some reason). We will hopefully be able to navigate this change fairly smoothly.

We are hiring for all our seasonal positions with CoA (10/3-11/1/2025). These are W2 employee positions and come with everything that entails. We are looking for folks who can work at least 6 nights during the season. This year, we're operating 13 nights.

If you're a new hire and haven't worked at CoA ever before, we want to meet you face to face! Lookout for the question on which open interview date/time you can attend. These interviews are very informal and low pressure! We will be hosting separate one-on-one interviews for some front of house positions. Those interested, will be contacted individually. We will send all new applicants a calendar invite via email, so be on the lookout for that! For both new applicants and returning staff, we will be reaching out in early August with calendar invites and information on next steps.
